Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Professional. An Inside Sales Professional for Arrow Construction Products is a proactive team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a desire to learn our products and services, to deliver a first-rate experience for all of our valued customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for sales, and wants to be part of a winning and supportive team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Courteous and respectful communication with customers to provide product information
- Listen, ask questions, and accurately enter sales orders
- Collaborate and provide support as needed for all Arrow team members
- Identify opportunities for business development and sales
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to change in priorities
- Able to perform physical work (heavy lifting may be required)
- Willingness to learn
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and offer the best quality product solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
