The **Car Wash Equipment Specialist** is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all car wash systems and machinery. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of automated wash equipment, water treatment systems, and other machinery that support our high-volume car wash operations. The Equipment Specialist will also work closely with the operations team to ensure the facility remains operational and efficient, minimizing downtime and improving system reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Setup**: Install, calibrate, and configure car wash equipment, including automated wash tunnels, conveyor systems, vacuum units, and water treatment systems.
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on car wash equipment, ensuring all systems are running efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- **System Calibration**: Regularly test and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance. Monitor equipment functionality and adjust settings as necessary for peak efficiency.
- **Troubleshooting & Diagnostics**: Identify issues with car wash systems, diagnose the cause of malfunctions, and implement solutions. Work with vendors and manufacturers when necessary for complex issues.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of parts, tools, and supplies necessary for repairs and maintenance. Ensure inventory is well-stocked to avoid delays in equipment repairs.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure safe operation of equipment and to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory. Provide detailed reports on equipment status, performance, and any issues that need to be addressed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Operations Manager and maintenance team to prioritize repairs, ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed, and keep the car wash running smoothly.
- **Training**: Assist in training other team members on proper equipment use, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices to ensure team members can handle basic equipment issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.55-$25.09 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
