**VC3**, an innovative, growing IT services solution provider, headquartered in Columbia, SC is seeking to fill a **Web Development Manager **to lead our Web Development Team. As a Web Development Manager, you will work with a team of web designers and web developers to lead the development of new websites and maintain existing websites. You will also develop strategies that support web development and innovation and optimization of development processes that accelerate future development of products.

Responsibilities include editing, troubleshooting, and maintaining websites across various platforms. As a key member of the Web Development Team, this person will work directly with clients, designers and developers to solve technical problems, provide customer support, and assist in project development.
**Here's what you'll be responsible for**:

- Lead and drive new website project initiatives from concept to delivery
- Oversee website health, security, and performance
- Manage project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments
- Organize team roles and evaluating employee performance
- Assist with new employee onboarding

**Here is the background we think will make you successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of website management experience
- Understanding of the Drupal Content Management System (CMS)
- Considerable knowledge of website standards and best practices
- Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly assess unclear or complex situations and reduce into clear direction for the team
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Proven background in leading successful projects
