**Your role in our team**:

- You will write, review, analyze, modify and negotiate procurement agreements, confidentiality agreements and other contractual instruments with the support of commercial counsel
- You will contribute to the development and improvement of form agreements and templates to streamline processes and constantly improve efficiencies
- You will collaborate with attorneys to create innovative approaches to contracting requirements, obligations and exposures
- You will interpret contract requirements, obligations and risk exposure
- You will verify compliance with relevant corporate limits of authority protocols and, with assistance from Siemens counsel, summarizing risks to achieve contract review and approval
- You will educate business partners on key commercial, legal, corporate policy and other considerations.
- You will efficiently implement various corporate policies, initiatives and / or programs
- You will cooperate across departments to achieve optimal contract terms while minimizing risk

**Your profile**:

- You have five (5) + years of commercial contract managing experience
- You have a BS/BA degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Certification may be required in some areas
- You have a broad knowledge of applicable contractual and legal concepts
- You have demonstrated ability to confidently and effectively interact with customers
- You have experience in assisting attorneys and sales management in commercial contracting from the preliminary/conceptual phase, through structuring, due diligence, negotiating, drafting, closing, and conflict resolution
- You have polished and effective negotiation, communication and writing/drafting skills, including those suitable for interaction with very senior managers and executives
- You have proven ability to initiate actions and follow-up actions with mínimal supervision
- You have skilled in working collaboratively as a key player on multiple teams simultaneously
- You have proven leadership ability
