**Job description**

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, self driven individual to join our team as a Cashier in Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and provide excellent customer service.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a cleanliness of the site.
- Accurate counting of high value merchandise in every shift.
- Assist in merchandising by restocking shelves and ensuring inventory levels are well-maintained, as well as accurately checking stock delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in promoting a healthy, professional, respectful, and safe workplace.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work alone.
- Previous experience in cashiering or sales is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak business hours.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to maintain an orderly and inviting checkout area.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth and efficient customer transactions.
- Basic math skills required.

**Job Type**: Part Time

Part-time hours: 14-24 per week

Shift Availability: Evening Shift, Weekend Shift (preferred).

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
