**The impact you will have**:
Join our team as a Microsoft 365 Copilot specialist You'll conduct readiness assessments, identify and document the current state and gaps, provide recommendations, implement and configure Copilot features, monitor and troubleshoot performance, train and support employees, report and communicate results, and stay updated on the latest enhancements.

**What you’ll do**:

- Conduct Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessments for customers and partners
- Identify and document the current state and gaps of the Microsoft 365 tenant and data estate
- Provide recommendations and guidance on how to optimize the Microsoft 365 environment for Copilot
- Implement and configure Copilot features and settings according to the customer's needs and preferences
- Monitor and troubleshoot Copilot performance and issues
- Train and support the customer's employees on Copilot and AI fundamentals
- Report and communicate the Copilot assessment results and outcomes to the customer and Microsoft Stay updated on the latest Copilot features and enhancements

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot features and requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, such as Privileged Identity Management, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra, etc.
- Ability to audit and evaluate the Microsoft 365 tenant usage and configuration
- Ability to scan and assess the Microsoft 365 data estate, including SharePoint, Teams, external and anonymously shared data, and other key data sources
- Ability to develop and implement a strategy for the smooth introduction and use of Copilot in the organization
- Ability to manage Copilot licenses and track updates and announcements
- Ability to train and support the employees on Copilot and AI fundamentals
- Ability to follow the best practices for content management, data governance, and data protection
