**The Opportunity**
Mosaic is seeking **Sustainability, Silviculture and Operations Students**for the **2026 summer work term**from **May 4 to August 28**. Students will support operations, Monday through Friday, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

**What We're Seeking**:
- 1+ year(s) of study and currently enrolled in a forestry related degree and/or diploma;
- Valid BC Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent;
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and its importance on the job;
- An appreciation of forestry in society;
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Ability to safely and regularly navigate and work in Coastal BC terrain under various weather conditions.

**Compensation**
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.75 to $27.00. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill, relevant experience, and education.
