**Job description**

VPAC Construction Group is looking for a Skilled Laborer for our Tenant Improvement project in Vancouver, BC. The job entails basic construction clean up in an occupied seniors property.

**About the Job**:

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and personnel in both written and verbal form
- Familiarity with materials and tool use
- To estimate materials required to complete tasks
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive demeanor while working
- Strong work ethic, reliable and natural attention to detail
- Use your skills to build a high-quality product
- Ensure your work is of the highest quality standards
- Be able to work independently with little supervision

**About You**:

- This job has a requirement to use physical exertion that includes lifting, carrying, climbing ladders and moving materials;
- Must be able to get to and from site
- Takes safety seriously and is mindful of surroundings;
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team environment, willing to follow directions
