The Lethbridge Community Out-of-School Association, IT'S A BLAST Program aims to be the premiere out-of-school care program in Lethbridge and is looking for qualified, caring, and reliable Childhood Educators to join our program.

**What we need from you**:
It's A Blast is looking for a reliable Early Childhood Educator who can keep up with a set of highly energetic children in a team setting, and who possesses the following attributes:

- Positive, can-do attitude towards work.
- Reliable and flexible availability.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and engage in active problem-solving.
- Ability to develop positive and respectful interactions with children, parents, and staff.
- First Aid Certification within the first 8 weeks of employment.
- Clear Criminal Record Check within 8 weeks of employment.
- Clear Intervention Check within 8 weeks of employment.
- Current Child Care Education Level 1, 2, or 3.

Pay: $20.39-$26.62 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
