**Job Title**:Project Coordinator - Sales Team

**Role Definition**:
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and expedite customer orders; liaise on a daily basis with engineering/operations/production to ensure smooth order flow and on time delivery
- Work with customer forecasts and Promark planning and procurement team to ensure materials are received on time
- Support Sales team as required
- Drive the process from receipt of order to shipment of product
- Other projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Project Coordination or similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Engineering background an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and solid experience with ERP systems
- Dynamic, driven and wiling to learn
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Team Player
- *Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Friday from 8am to 2:15pm._

**Salary**: From $1.00 per hour
