**Job title: Operations Supervisor (Day Shift)**

**Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada - Onsite**

**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production operations within a high-tech manufacturing setting
- Plan schedules, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training efforts
- Promote team engagement and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and ensure achievement of operational KPIs including quality, delivery, safety, and efficiency
- Oversee shift transitions and maintain alignment between cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic projects and process improvements
- Participate in recruitment and budget planning activities
- Champion organizational change and contribute to transformation initiatives
- Organize and participate in team and leadership meetings

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (aerospace experience is a plus)
- Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High degree of autonomy and ability to work under pressure
- Functional knowledge of English required to interpret technical documentation; French fluency is essential for day-to-day operations
- Aerospace experience required

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
