We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our paintline team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and naturally helps keep a team on track. You will be involved in multiple stages of the finishing process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards every time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare parts for finishing.
- Safely operate forklifts and hoists for material handling.
- Prep parts by grinding, polishing, or cleaning surfaces as needed.
- Follow all steps in the finishing process to achieve a flawless finish.
- Help coordinate workflow so each stage of production runs smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in industrial painting, sandblasting, or related work is an asset, but we will train the right person.
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to follow procedures step-by-step for consistent quality.
- Natural problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Physically able to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
