As a team of innovative professionals, we encourage a productive and respectful work environment through collaboration, partnership and technology. **Responsibilities**: The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for carrying out a range of human resources activities related to selection and search committees for Department Chairs, Chair/Chiefs, Endowed Research Chairs, Canada Research Chairs (CRCs), and Decanal Appointments. The role will act as a resource and provide support, information and guidance to the Dean, Chairs, Co-Chairs, Departmental Managers of Administration and Finance, Search Committee Members, applicants, external reviewers and other related stakeholders regarding search and selection committee policies and procedures.
