**What You’ll Do**:

- Provides assistance in resolving account related problems or refers to the appropriate personnel to rectify. Assists members with making the most effective use of digital service offerings.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the position by completing training and development in areas related to the Member Advice Centre.
- Uses Know Your Member (KYM) to track requests, update member information and refer to other personnel or departments as required.
- Cross sells credit union products and services and assists members to utilize these products and services digitally. - Maintains confidentiality of member information and ensures all internal material is kept secure as all times.
- Schedule appointments for members and provide information regarding specific documentation that may be required.
- Assists members with card services including debit, Debit MasterCard and Collabria Credit cards.
- Proactively encourages member to use self-service technologies such as ATMs, online banking, mobile banking, E-Statements, direct deposit, and guides members to use digital services.
- Provides account services to members in a courteous and professional manner by receiving, processing and recording financial transactions when required.

**What You Have**:
**Required Education and Experience**
- Completion of Business or Office Administration certificate or diploma or have a minimum of two-year related experience in a customer service role, in the financial industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and convey information clearly.

- Salary range for this position: $45,100 - $50,090.
