**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging, results-focused lessons aligned with the established curriculum.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet diverse student learning needs.
- Evaluate student performance with consistency and fairness.
- Mentor and support students, modeling professionalism and excellence.
- Oversee practical assessments and examinations to ensure integrity in evaluation.
- Collaborate with the administration to enhance student outcomes and program quality.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage classroom organization.
- Address and guide students through academic or professional challenges constructively.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Nova Scotia Esthetician License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of instructional or educational experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and growth.
