The **Shipping and Receiving Clerk **ensures maximum customer satisfaction by managing shipping and receiving of all products/materials. Maintain quality control of products and paperwork verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming and outgoing products with precision using quality control checklists.
- Tracking and verifying inventory records on computer and physically in stock to ensure accuracy of supply count.
- Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover and physical capabilities of facility.
- Report any damaged stock or equipment, ensure goods are packed, labeled, and stored properly
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when responding promptly to customer service team and sales team
- Responding promptly to customer service team and sales team inquiries.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Managing inventory with high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn different areas of Customer Service department to be able to provide support and back up.

**Requirements**:

- Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy when doing daily duties
- Comfortable using computers and completing data entry to manage and track inventory
- Experience working with customer support.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on meeting customers needs.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
