**Job Overview**
The Customer Service Representative is a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is responsible for providing exceptional support to both our sales and operations teams and our valued customers. This position requires strong communication skills, quick action, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**

Customer Communication:

- Contact customer within 24H of sales order being entered in Smartsheet to confirm order or schedule vehicle drop off / pick up.
- Proactively keep customers updated on progress throughout the project.
- Arrange pick up and Delivery of vehicles.

Reception/Admin:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing and photocopying.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, ensuring the front reception area is always covered.
- Process customer payments and transactions.
- Tag keys, prepare paperwork, mark arrived in Smartsheet when a customer drops the vehicle off.
- Processing warranty documentation.
- Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering office supplies when necessary.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Additional duties as assigned

**Experience**
- High school diploma preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
