**What you will be doing**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive and mature reporting and dashboard strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to align efforts and achieve shared objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
- Present data insights through reports, presentations, and visualizations to inform decision-making
- Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies—including AI and emerging technologies—to enhance dashboard efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Develop and implement an automation strategy to streamline recurring analytics projects, improving productivity, efficiency, and the overall customer experience
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering skill development and high performance
- Establish a clear vision, direction, and priorities for the team
- Build the team's capacity for effective data storytelling
- Ensure the consistent, scalable delivery of insights to leaders and stakeholders
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, Qlik or PowerBI, and SSRS to create reporting and data automations
- Maintain adherence to data governance frameworks and policies to safeguard data quality, integrity, and security
**What you’ll bring**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 7+ years of experience in dashboards and reporting, and 3 years in a management role, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., MS + 4 years, Ph.D. + 1 year, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree)
- 5+ years of experience in reporting and dashboard development
- Proven track record in leading teams within an agile environment, driving comprehensive requirements gathering, and managing and prioritizing backlogs with key stakeholder groups
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential employee data
- Proven ability to effectively tell stories with data
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Executive presence with the ability to build effective partnerships with divisional leadership at various levels
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration abilities
- Skilled in drawing insights from data and providing actionable business recommendations
- Proficient in programming and experienced with a wide range of data/analytic tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Python - pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, SSRS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
