**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment before and during service
- Prepare ingredients for menu items, including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and making sauces
- Cook and plate dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and presentation standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are completed and served on time
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper handling and storage of leftover food
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Comply with nutrition guidelines and health regulations at all times
- Take direction from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef and execute tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude with coworkers and staff

**Requirements**:

- +2 years Proven experience as a line cook is must.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
