Work closely with Chef and Sous chef. Manage and run the line for the restaurant. Cook, train, lead and delegate. Manage and run banquets. Manage kitchen staff in absence of Chef or Sous Chef. Prep, organize, keep clean workstations, other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $19.48 per hour

**Experience**:

- Culinary: 1 year (preferred)
- cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
