Blüm Childcare Academy invites you to be part of the future of early education. We are a purpose-built, design-forward licensed centre in the heart of West Hillhurst, and we are currently seeking a **Level 3 Early Childhood Educator** to join our exceptional team.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is deeply passionate about meaningful programming, respectful care, and environments that truly honor the child. As a **Primary Educator**, you will be responsible for creating a calm, engaging, and thoughtful space that supports the development of each student through curiosity, empathy, and intentional teaching practices.

**Qualifications**
To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Government of Alberta certification as a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator (no exceptions)
- Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the past 8 weeks
- Valid First Aid and CPR (from an AHS-recognized provider)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver rich, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Maintain a safe, emotionally supportive, and responsive classroom environment
- Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Document learning and track developmental progress with care and accuracy
- Ensure consistent compliance with health and safety protocols
- Participate in team learning and pedagogical reflection

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
