**Responsibilities**:
**Project Development**
- Complete a detailed review of all construction drawings to ensure drawings are correct and consistent. Use Caliber’s drawing review SOP and checklist to complete the review
- Communicate with design team to ensure that IFC dwgs are complete and correct.
- Design, development, and completion of working documents
- Review scopes of work for each contract and update based on the project
- Coordinate specific project requirements with all parties to ensure all requirements are met

**Project Budget**
- Enforce Contract objectives as per Scopes of Work (LOI Appendix A)
- Maintain Anchor Budget for the project
- Any variance to Anchor Budget to be reported immediately to the Senior Project Manager.
- Actual Budget to be reviewed against the Anchor Budget on a weekly/monthly basis and results communicated to the Senior Project Manager
- Ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with Caliber’s Performance Standards, Appendix ‘A’ scopes of work, all Municipal & Code Standards, all Safety Standards, Work Safe BC and Caliber’s Health & Safety program.

**Project Schedule**
- Establish Baseline Schedule and mutually approved between Senior Project Manager & Superintendent, Superintendent is responsible for delivery of project on or ahead of schedule.
- Review the Actual Performance schedule on a weekly basis and at regularly scheduled trades meetings. Project 6-week look ahead schedule to be updated for bi-weekly meetings with trades on site.
- Communicate any changes to Baseline schedule to the Senior Project Manager and address at Consultants meetings as schedule updates - quarterly.

**Project Permits**
- Arrange required permits from Municipalities
- Receive all Municipal finals in order to achieve provisional/final Occupancy

**Cost Control**
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager regarding any cost variance affecting the Anchor Budget in a timely manner.
- Review actual costs vs budgeted with Site superintendent on a monthly basis.
- Manage all changes to scope of work including RFI, SI, CD and CO’s
- Monitor project to ensure use of labour and required material controls. (Productive labour force, Lumber Orders, Concrete Orders, etc.)
- Complete all progress draws based on construction progress and invoicing.
- Create change orders for changes to subcontract scopes of work.
- Document sub-trade back charges and inform trades of issues in a timely manner.
- Review with Site Superintendent whether to rent or purchase tools/equipment based on duration of use, wear and tear, future repairs, etc.
- Regularly review invoices and approve per invoice processing SOP.

**Safety**
- Understand and ensure adherence to all required safety policies as directed by Caliber’s Health & Safety Manual and Work Safe BC Health & Safety Regulations.
- Review daily site audits provided by the CSO to ensure worker safety compliance on site.
- Review daily safety inspection reports, trade toolbox meeting minutes, trade JHA’s and provide comments/feedback/follow-up as required. Follow up with trades who are not up to date with their paperwork.

**Personnel Management**
- Hire and manage all on-site Caliber personnel (Superintendents, Project Coordinator, Site Clerk, CSO, etc.). All hires to be reviewed and approved by the Senior Project Manager
- Supervise the personnel necessary for the effective execution of assigned project, throughout all stages.
