**Summary and Scope**:
J&J BioAdvance® is a market leading Patient Support Program supporting the

portfolio of J&J Innovative Medicine products and delivering care to more than 70,000

patients.

Developing, implementing and performance monitoring innovative learning programs the BioAdvance® Coordinator (BAC) Training Manager is responsible for the ownership of programs that drive BAC service excellence and accelerate overall BioAdvance® capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, deliver and evaluate BAC customized learning programs and supporting resources focused on IMMUNOLOGY, the maintenance of the LMS (ELEVATE) and JCS IGNITE.
- Support the successful launch of new products, special programs, new policies, partnerships, and pilot projects by through the development of high-quality training assets, in accordance with project deadlines.
- Partnering with BioAdvance® centers of excellence and the BioAdvance® Regional Manager (BRM) team to identify BAC performance gaps and develop programs to improve effectiveness.
- Oversee the BAC onboarding program including the development of new training content, updating existing training materials, identifying innovative methods of training delivery, overseeing trainer responsibilities, and delivering train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
- Provide guidance to contracted HYBRID training vendors to ensure successful training programs that deliver a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.
- Monitor and evaluate training delivery and effectiveness, adjusting improve outcomes.
- Training and resource document steward. Ensuring BAC training and resource documents are current. Overseeing resource document management within LMS ELEVATE).
- Communication of process updates to BioAdvance® Coordinators and BRMs
- **Qualifications**:

- Minimum of academic diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in education, nursing, pharmacy, science or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Patient Support Programs in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is required
- BioAdvance® experience required.
- Proven experience utilizing adult learning principles in leading the development and delivery of training programs for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development best practices and digital learning management systems (LMS) is required.
- Experience in training program development and deployment relating to salesforce CRM systems
- Knowledge and experience with reimbursement navigation for both public and private insurance plans
- Knowledge and experience with specialty pharmaceutical distribution, including PPNs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize, lead and run multiple projects.
- Outstanding proven cross-functional collaboration skills; a strong teammate with initiative who collaborates well with internal/external partners and customers.
- 10% domestic travel may be required.

Responsable de l’élaboration, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi du rendement des programmes de formation de Médecine innovante, le ou la chef(fe) de la formation des coordonnateurs BioAdvance® (CBA) est chargé(e) de diriger les programmes visant à favoriser l’excellence du service des CBA et à accélérer le développement global des capacités du programme BioAdvance®.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Concevoir, présenter et évaluer des programmes d’apprentissage personnalisés et des ressources de soutien pour les CBA axés sur l’IMMUNOLOGIE, le maintien du système de gestion de l’apprentissage (ELEVATE) et le système Janssen Care IGNITE.
