**Job Type**:

- Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:

- $22.00 - $27.00 hour, based off education and experience

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Overtime

**Location**:

- Timmins Ontario, on site

**Experience**:

- Administrative/Office experience
- General accounting knowledge (AP/AR)
- Experience with shipping and receiving
- Inventory control
- Customer service

**Education**:

- High School Diploma
- Vocational/College diploma in Office Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Reception duties including greeting customers and telephone inquiries,
- Ordering supplies for the office as well as the shop,
- Help with organizing job/job sites (equipment rentals, etc.),
- Update customers on status of equipment or job,
- Coordinate with head office regarding billing, AP, AR,
- Manage office coordinators in local branch including:

- Tracking attendance, time off requests, vacation, sick time, etc.,
- Shipping and receiving,
- Booking training for local technicians as well as tracking expiry dates,
- Creating and monitoring purchase orders locally,
- Keeping track of inventory of radio equipment,
- Monitor fuel cards, usage and fuel/vehicle logs for discrepancies,
- Follow up with supplier inquiries,
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Organized with the ability to prioritize,
- Ability to multi-task,
- People skills,
- Strong aptitude for computer software, technology and business processes,
- Demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities,
- Ability to take charge, and get the job done,
- Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written (French would be considered an asset),
- Awareness of occupational health and safety and quality of work,
- Must pass the security police check,
- Bondable.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
