**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **comprehensive medical care** to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Conduct **routine check-ups, preventative screenings, and chronic disease management**.
- Develop **personalized treatment plans** that align with patients' health goals.
- Collaborate with **nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals** to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Utilize **electronic medical records (EMR) systems** for efficient documentation and patient management.
- Educate patients on **preventative care, lifestyle modifications, and health maintenance**.
- Provide referrals to specialists when necessary and coordinate patient care.
- Stay updated with **best practices, medical advancements, and clinical guidelines**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **MD or equivalent degree** from a recognized institution.
- Licensed to practice in **Ontario, Canada** and in good standing with the **College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)**.
- **Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP)** preferred.
- Experience in **primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative medicine**.
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills** with a patient-first approach.
- Proficiency in using **electronic medical records (EMR)**.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a **team-based setting**.

Pay: $250,000.00-$411,393.72 per year
