Operations Assistant

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Shopify and Lightspeed
- Handle day to day operations including sales and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Assist with appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient or client inquiries
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence
- Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping for financial transactions
- Support office operations by coordinating supplies and ensuring a clean, efficient workspace
**Requirements**:
- Clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, and QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills with professional etiquette
- Ability to manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Prior experience in bookkeeping is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Car and valid BC DL
- Long-term plans to live in Whistler
- Flexible work days and times when required
- Ability to learn and follow current procedures and protocols
- 3 to 5 days a week (Option to start a few days a week eventually moving to full-time)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
