Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Ecommerce Sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales & revenue goals of the SodaStream eCommerce business in Canada. This role involves day-to-day management of accounts, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data and identifying future growth opportunities. You will be working closely with to Amazon NA Sales Lead, Global DTC team, Canadian leadership team and cross-functional departments to deliver SodaStream’s online growth ambition._**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
****- Co-develop annual sales plan in conjunction with the account leads to manage and grow Amazon & DTC channel by developing and implementing strategy to increase sales and profitability.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of account and customer relationship including product listings to improve overall on-site consumer experience to drive sales & conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales leads to develop & execute promotional campaigns & initiatives. Measure, monitor and manage overall plan effectiveness, and optimize sales initiatives as required.
- Effectively manage trade spending & account forecasts working collaboratively with Finance and Supply Chain Operations.
- Ensure trade promotions are uploaded to internal tools in a timely manner while tracking all deductions working closely with Account Receivables team.
- Provide regular reports & updates on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Troubleshooting any Amazon or DTC related queries and issues on an ongoing basis.
- Travel to customer locations, trade shows, market-visits, and other industry events nationwide.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in Business/ Marketing, or other relevant field
- 3+ years of experience preferably in account management or sales
- Prior experience in CPG, Retail, eCommerce and/or tech companies is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinker & data-oriented decision-making skills to devise and execute strategies.
- A strong team player, collaborative, with the ability to forge strong internal and external relationships to get things done.
- Solution focused and a strong sense of curiosity to unlock transformative change in eCommerce.
