Skanna Security & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for a Full-time Client Service Supervisor to assist in the operational development of the organization working primarily out of our Scarborough office. This position will contribute to maintaining and cultivating existing and new relationships between clients and employees.

This role is the primary point of contact for client relationships, the company operations team, and guarding staff. Accountable for providing client care to existing clientele to ensure a positive service experience and optimal operations.

** **Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Bolton, Halton Hills, and Cornwall.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management to execute business development activities and plans.
- Make regular site visits as required.
- Act as Skanna’s day-to-day point of contact for our individual client and field staff inquiries.
- Handle and resolve all and any arising scheduling issues.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of client service through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Liaison between existing clients, employees, and management.
- Provide consulting services on business structure and growth.
- Plan, organize monitor attendance, and maintain budgeted overtime allowance of schedules for all staff and clients by deadlines.
- Evaluate special security requirements of high-risk areas and provide details to Skanna Management.
- Supervised 150 - 180 security guards at various sites.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- CPR Level C Certified.
- Minimum 1 year within a supervisor or managerial role.
- Valid G class driver’s license with no restrictions and have a reliable vehicle.
- Successful credit check.
- 1 - 3 years in a supervisory role (Security preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Conflict resolution and team-building skills.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated excellent Customer Service.
