PURPOSE & SCOPE
The Fluid Technician is responsible for cleaning CNC equipment / washers and ensuring fluids used in various operations are changed and maintained in order to support production requirements. Work must be done in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all Stackpole International’s Health & Safety policies, procedures and quality systems.

- essential duties and responsibilities
Complete fluid concentration monitoring and logging throughout work shift-
- Complete fluid top-up and concentration adjustments-
- Responsible to clean CNC equipment (Remove any oil, coolant, sludge, or chips resulting from manufacturing operations) and refill to return to production.-
- Maintain and clean drip and coolant trays for assigned area of responsibility.-
- Responsible to clean deburring equipment (Remove fluid, media, sludge, chisel build up from tub resulting from manufacturing operations) and refill to return to production.-
- Responsible to clean part washers (Remove fluid, sludge, wash and rinse tanks) and refill to return to production.-
- Responsible for dispensing used fluids and coolant.-
- Follow all requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems.-
- Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems are met.-
- Other duties as required.- ____________________________
- QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
