Atlantic Acura is a family owned and operated luxury automotive dealership in Halifax, NS. We take pride in our concierge level of customer service, and are seeking a Client Care Centre Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As a Client Care Centre Associate, you will be greeting and assisting our clients who are coming in to have their vehicles serviced, by following Atlantic Acura’s concierge program requirements, including vehicle washes. Vehicle knowledge is not required; what we do require is an individual who is passionate about first impressions, has attention to detail and excellent time management skills. This is an entry level opportunity which will provide you with an insight of day to day operations in a dealership setting.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Client Care Associate
- Meeting and greeting our service clients, and personally setting them up with a Service Advisor.
- Collaborating with our Service Advisors to ensure all of the client’s needs are met.
- Obtaining basic vehicle information upon check in to update client records.
- Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, filled with gas and ready for clients to borrow.
- Maintaining a welcoming, clean and safe work space in the Client Care Centre.
- Providing vehicle washes for clients, using our professional cleaning products.
- Assisting other team members of the dealership where required.

Requirements of a Client Care Centre Associate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- A valid NS Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Excellent work ethic and positive, team oriented attitude
