Goodness Me is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Coordinator for our Store Development and Facilities department.

**Your day-to-day**:
As the Maintenance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include performing general building maintenance as well as maintaining the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and equipment.

**Other tasks and duties include**:

- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.
- Perform general maintenance including painting, tile work, dry walling and work at heights
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Coordinate and monitor contractor activities for projects.
- Work with site-wide building maintenance to ensure compliance
- Update project information and maintain project files in the Goodness Me Natural Food Market records systems
- Set priorities for preventative maintenance work orders, initiate safety concerns and makes judgment on the best methods of completing tasks.
- Maintain adequate supplies and equipment for the maintenance department.
- Keep current with ongoing changes and new technology and adapt accordingly, including operating a computerized preventative maintenance program.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

**What you bring**:

- High school diploma/GED Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and Maintenance Coordination experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Experience with hands-on basic repairs & maintenance
- Experience with preventative maintenance
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Flexible to travel to all Goodness Me location within Ontario

**Licenses and Certifications**:

- Building trades certificate or equivalent is considered an asset
- Possess a valid driver’s license

**Location and Travel**:
