SAP Design has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Experience Manager, reporting into the Vice President, Experience Design. The role will work in collaboration with Associate Experience Managers to develop and execute an end-to-end customer experience strategy for SAP products. The role will be responsible for supporting customer research efforts, helping develop market insights, and working with senior Experience Managers to develop experience strategy success metrics.

Those interested in this role should have an entrepreneurial mindset; be a creative problem solver; be comfortable working with cross-functional teams; and have strong verbal and written skills.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The Associate Experience Manager has the following responsibilities:

- Develop working relationships with product and design teams to gain an understanding of the product portfolio and existing end-to-end experience.
- Work with senior Experience Managers to identify potential problem areas in the current customer experience, as well as opportunities for innovation.
- Work with researchers and data analysts to shape and manage research projects that uncover insights into the end-to-end experience.
- Support senior Experience Managers’ activities to work with the lines of business to turn insights into strategies for making improvements to and innovations within the end-to-end experience (e.g. planning workshops, journey map development).
- Assist senior Experience Managers in monitoring success metrics for experience improvement strategies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong project management skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent communications skills; fluency in English is required

Preferred Skills
- Moderation and facilitation skills
- Experience with CX tools and techniques (e.g. customer journey mapping, service blueprints, persona development)
- Ability to work through ambiguity
