**About Us**

**Dr. Farid Optometry & Optical** (formerly Elite Eye Clinic) is a patient-focused optometry and optical clinic providing comprehensive eye exams and a curated selection of eyewear. We are seeking a reliable and organized **Clinic Coordinator / Office Manager** to oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

**Responsibilities**

**Patient Care & Scheduling**
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and recalls.
- Ensure smooth patient flow on clinic days.
- Support front desk operations (welcoming patients, payments, insurance submissions).

**Operations & Administration**
- Handle vendor invoices and prepare them for bookkeeping/accounting.
- Place frame, lens, and supply orders _as directed by the Optician_.
- Track deliveries, reconcile billing, and follow up on backorders.
- Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently.

**Staff & Growth Support**
- Support the optometrist and optician in daily operations.
- Assist with weekly staff scheduling.
- Take ownership of recall systems, vendor relations, and operational workflows.

**Customer Service**
- Handle and resolve patient concerns before escalation.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in **medical office coordination, retail management, or healthcare administration**.
- Optical/optometry background is an asset but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with scheduling and practice management software.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- **Must be fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written).**

Compensation & Benefits
- **Salary**: CAD $20-25/hour (30-35 hours/week to start, with potential to grow into a salaried role as the clinic expands).
