Come join our team at The Winnipeg Red River Ex

We are looking for energetic Food & Beverage staff to join the team to deliver an excellent guest experience at The Ex. We have several concessions and are hiring for a variety of positions ranging from deep frying & grilling to serving and cashier for the duration of the fair.

**Must be available all 10 days of the fair. Must be available on weekends. Only those available for all days will be hired.**

*June 13 - 22 2025*

Part time and full time hours available. Shifts range from 6hr to full days*. Must be available all 10 days.

Duties Include:

- Cooks / Fry
- Cashier
- Prep

**Responsibilities**:

- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Previous experience with deep fryers not required but preferred
- Must work well in fast pace & team environment
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Food Safety Certificate (we can provide you a link to take the course online and free. It does not take long)
- Be 16 years of age or older on June 10, 2025.
- Have legal work status in Canada.
- **MUST be available to work for all 10 days of the fair.**:

- MUST be able to stand for long periods of time.

Please include a copy of your resume, a little bit about yourself, and your availability for each day of the fair. Open availability + eagerness to work is highly preferred. Previous experience is an asset but not needed. Please be as specific as possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $15.80-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 84 per week

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
