**What You’ll Do**:

- Facilitate various types of in-class, web-based and virtual training, including new hire, soft skills, product, and initiative training that integrate adult learning principles.
- Ensure engagement through a variety of training methodologies and techniques to ensure training effectiveness and participation in training.
- Create a safe environment for learners to give and receive real-time feedback to reinforce positive behaviours.
- Adapts to different learning styles and assesses individual results to tailor coaching plans to targeted outcomes and KPIs
- Maintain product knowledge and keep current with processes and procedures.
- Regularly monitor and assess the quality of learning content to determine effectiveness on ongoing bases.
- Assist in the development and maintenance departmental training programs focused on product knowledge, sales & service to increase or retain learner capability.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in a Learning and Development or similar role
- Good understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Continuous Learning Model
- Solid facilitation and communication skills, verbal and written
- Good business acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly; can balance the need for quick turnaround with strategic efforts.
- Experience with instructional design is an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
