**Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation within production and non-production areas of the facility; including, but not limited to the lunchrooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure sanitation of cannabis present areas, equipment, and processing lines.
- Responsible for the operation of crate washers, trolley washer and tool/utensil washing stations.
- Daily and weekly tracking of tasks to be monitored in sanitation logs as per Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the sanitation schedule while ensuring all areas are appropriately staffed.
- Act as the first point of contact for Sanitation Team Members.
- Monitor Sanitation Team Members' performance and address any concerns with the Operations Manager.
- Collect data and report daily and weekly findings to the Operations Manager.
- Perform individual tasks independently and accurately in a timely manner.
- Report any noncompliance concerns to ensure regulations are being met within the facility.
- Ensure all PPE, gowning materials, and sanitation supplies for production and greenhouse are always fully stocked and work with the Warehouse Supervisor to identify departmental needs.
- Ensure all Sanitation Team Members are in compliance with all GPP regulations and coordinate with Operations Manager to issue discipline if applicable.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have over one (1) year of experience in commercial cleaning.
- Must have working knowledge of health and safety regulations and trained in WHMIS procedures to deal with equipment, cleaning chemicals, and facility upkeep.
- Must have a strong understanding of janitorial and basic cleaning duties.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and kneel and able to lift 30 pounds or more.
- Must be able to provide clear criminal record check.
- Organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as a team member.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
