Aveiro Bakery is a small, family oriented and BUSY bakery located in North Oakville (2530 Sixth Line). We produce and sell a wide variety of pastries/desserts, breads and other baked goods, deli meats and cheeses, sandwiches, and coffees. Our hours of operation are from 7am to 7pm Tuesday through Friday, 7am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 7am to 4pm on Sundays. We are closed on Mondays.

We are currently looking for a dedicated, loyal, hardworking Storefront Supervisor to join our team.

This position is full time and you must have weekend flexibility. We are looking for a supervisor who is available during the morning, the afternoon, and/or just the evening/closing.

Responsibilities/Duties Include:

- Ensuring high-quality customer service, experience and satisfaction
- Supervising, delegating and training staff
- Maintaining storefront aesthetics
- Keeping the team motivated, productive and efficient
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Completing and filing paperwork (incident reports, etc.)
- Handling customer to employee affairs (customer feedback)
- Receiving deliveries from suppliers (ensuring products being delivered are accurate to products listed on the invoice)
- Ensuring that our deliveries to our wholesale clients are accurately packaged for delivery and sent on time (via taxi or Uber Connect)
- Making sure there is adequate amount of bills and change in the till and the deposit box, and visiting the bank for more change as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
