The **Junior Technical Account Manager** plays a major role in the post-sales process by assisting customers with the technical aspects of the **Parking Logix** products. This role is to support, inform and train customers in the products proper use to enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction. The TAM is the technical liaison with the sales team to refine processes, improve promotional efforts, and ensure customer loyalty & retention.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Primary contact for customers & technical support post-installation to provide excellent customer service serving as a technical resource to assigned customers.
- Provide post-installation monitoring and observation to make any technical adjustments and address any additional issues.
- Establish and maintain a technical relationship with assigned customer accounts.
- Utilize a deep understanding of each customer’s environment to identify customer needs and implement solutions that will accelerate their success.
- Ensure timely and accurate ticket creation for all support issues, including keeping customer information regularly updated.
- Confirm accuracy of customer information, including detailed product information.
- Lead, navigate and escalate efforts on general customer requests or projects.
- Manage, document, and maintain the sensor inventory.
- Verify and provide final inspection for staged orders with a sense of urgency.
- Process RMAs and work with RMA repair team to ensure repair is complete and customer is satisfied.
- Work with Engineering to provide quality assurance for the Parking Logix product line, escalating product issues to the STAM as needed.
- Document processes, procedures, and issues to provide continuity and consistency.
- Identify trends and prevent issues from occurring by being proactive.
- Create clear written communications regarding customer issues, escalating as needed.
- Identify and implement changes that improve effectiveness and efficiency of technical support.
- Additional responsibilities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in Technical Support or a similar role.
- Impeccable attention to detail, follow up, and maintaining high quality standards.
- Experience working with all levels of customers, staff, and resources.
- Resourceful, able to balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical, solution-oriented, team player attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build effective working relations with customers and colleagues.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
- Experience with a CRM system.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
