**Career Counsellors**

We are looking for an energetic, talented, flexible person to join our team to manage the promotion activities and brand our name.

**Responsibilities**:
You have exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to consistently maintain accuracy and attention to detail. You also have a strong focus on professionalism and client service excellence. You like to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A summary is as follows,
- Advise students on their career plans.
- Promote our business and activities in the media.
- Connect the other organizations for cooperation.
- Manage the daily office work with attention to detail.
- Accomplish the specified and mandatory goal(s) metrics enrolment numbers.
- Research and report updates on education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan.
- Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs, and other marketing events.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success.

- Capacity for initiative and an ability to assume responsibility while working as a team.
- Energetic, creative, detail-oriented

**Qualifications and soft skills**
- Bachelor's degree or up
- Minimum two years of experience in the same capacity
- Critical thinking
- Good communication skills and patience with students/clients
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel (testing may be required)
- Good English Speaking and writing; multilinguistic like Chinese and Spanish will be an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- Must Speak and understand multiple languages (required)
