**Salary**: $13.50 / Hour

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; detail oriented; team play; sometimes Handling heavy loads(Max.23kg / 50lbs); Repetitive tasks; Stand & walking for extended periods;
Working site: Restaurant, kitchen, VLT Lounge

Duties and contents:
Wash and peel vegetables and fruit

Using manual or electric tools Clean, peel, slice and trim scraping and stacking dishes.

Use deep fryer, oven, iron plate and other equipments to prepare food items such as sandwiches, burgers, fries etc.

Bring cleaned dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set up tables.

Make and wrap food or place it directly on plates, Package up take-out food, soup and beverage.

Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea.

Serve customers at counters or VLT lounge.

Stock food materials into refrigerators and keep records of the quantities of food both used and stock.

Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and in serving areas.

Check & update the supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas.

Wash working stands, cupboards and appliances.

Take out trash in bages and cleaning kitchen garbage containers.

Sweep and mop the floor, cleaning and wipe tables and take flatware back to kitchen for wash up and sanitizing.

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, woks and pans using dishwasher or by hand.

Place prepared semi-finished dishes in appointed storage area.

**Salary**: $13.50-$14.50 per hour
