Job Description: Installation Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure various types of equipment and systems according to specifications (TV/Internet/Telephone/Cameras/Door Locks/Security Devices)
- Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation
- Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities and customer interactions

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- 10 hour shift
- On call
