**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answering phone calls, greeting people, filling, photocopying, faxing etc.
- Billing and client management
- Some monthly bookkeeping.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Great written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
