**Overall Purpose**:
We are looking for a highly organized lease administrator who will work within our Accounting Department providing administrative support and coordination for our leasing sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer enquiries regarding all aspects of the lease cycle
- Create lease documents based on existing processes while always looking for ways to improve efficiencies
- Educate clients on the leasing process
- Maintain close contact with Funders with respect to account reconciliation
- Perform a complete audit of the lease package ensuring all sign offs are in place and compliancy concerns are addressed
- Respond to customer inquiries for information, and provide lease, asset and billing summaries as required
- Communicate with vendors to obtain asset information, co-ordinate payment and reconcile accounts
- Follow-up with clients for outstanding items
- Ensure timely processing of lease funding’s and client’s rental payments
- Process monthly rental payments and support the return of equipment from customer’s locations
- Provide support and information to other internal departments
- Join process development meetings and provide regular feedback for process improvement initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Relevant work experience in the financial industry would be an asset
