- Thrive in customer service environment.
- Are available to work Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding part availability and pricing.
- Process customer orders and handle inquiries.
- Maintain organized and efficient parts inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Work closely with service technicians to understand their parts requirements.
- Communicate effectively with other dealership departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately record and update information in the parts management system.
- Generate and maintain reports related to inventory and sales.
- Occasional responsibility to deliver and pick up parts to various locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License, G2 or G class.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with parts management systems.
