Ecommerce Production Associate

Position Overview
The E-commerce Production Associate will work closely with the General Manager and Founder to execute the daily production and fulfillment of planner inserts and stationery. From hole-punching and assembling to packing and shipping, you’ll ensure that every product leaving our Gastown studio meets The Line’s quality and brand standards. This is a physically active, craft-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and enjoys working with their hands.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and hole-punch planner inserts and stationery sets for packaging.
- Assemble and pack physical products for customer orders.
- Maintain a tidy and organized studio workspace.
- Support with inventory counts and restocking materials.
- Assist with receiving shipments and managing supply inventory.
- Follow established production and packaging SOPs.
- Flag any quality issues or low stock to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks requiring precision.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Experience in a production, fulfillment, or print studio environment is a plus.
- Able to lift and move boxes and supplies (up to 30 lbs).
- Comfortable working in-person in our Gastown studio 3-5 days/week.
