Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships Manager

**Description**:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the affiliate campaign to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Support the sales and distribution division in launching new referral and white label partnerships.
- Managing all the affiliates and recruiting new ones to ensure maximum referral traffic from the affiliate network.
- Support the development and activation of marketing sponsorships and our foundation programs.
- Conduct ongoing offer testing and partner bounties, understanding the trade-offs between CAC efficiency, volume, and LTV.
- Ensure correct set up of affiliate terms, promotions, ads, and tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with relevant team members and own the delivery of assets to external partners.
- Report the day-to-day activity of the affiliate program to the advertiser/merchant.
- Brainstorming improvements and best practices to maximize performance.
- Given the nature of the role, expert collaboration and influence skills are a must.
- Collaborate and project manage other enabling service partners - copywriters, graphic designers and digital/IT services and agency partners.
- Help shape our brand’s vision particularly as it relates to co-branding.
- Manage the budget associated with the delivery of programs.
- Showcase strong business problem solving skills that have thoughtful strategies and clear and actionable deliverables.
- Help analyze and track key metrics.
- Stay informed about trends and tools in Partner Marketing.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- 5+ years of partner marketing experience managing the delivery of campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building relationships at all levels.
- Experience with promotional offers, incentives and A/B testing.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a strong personal commitment to excellence
