Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced CG Supervisor who is a strong leader, communicator with a balance of technical knowledge and project leadership. You will have the opportunity to participate in the development of the backbone of the next generation of cloud services for the Media and Entertainment industry. You will be part of a team responsible for defining and materializing how the industry will create, track, and consume content throughout the media production pipeline. Your industry experience will provide key insights and influence on the production pipelines of the future.

**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate closely with development teams, product leadership and customers to clearly understand requirements- Explore boundaries through real-world production use cases and creative thinking-
- Create new integrations and tools to validate the extensibility of our APIs and Toolkits- Help teams to understand the importance of customer-centricity and build customer empathy- Inspire, motivate, and coach team members to achieve maximum productivity, optimal creativity and efficiency- Lead and mentor team members to develop their careers and to achieve individual success- Recruit and nurture best talents to develop high-performing teams- Keep up on current industry technology trends and tools (hardware and software)

Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of work experience as a supervisor in a film/TV post - production environment- 3+ years of management experience, with mentoring and coaching- Thorough understanding of the various technical and creative aspect of production for CG animation- Complete understanding of 3D principles and production pipelines is essential- Proven team leadership and strong motivational skills- Technically and creatively astute- Able to communicate with people effectively and collaboratively at all levels (technical and non-technical stakeholders)- Excellent working knowledge of various software will be required (Maya, Houdini, ShotGrid, and others)- A degree in computer science, math or engineering or equivalent work experience is required
