**As a Full Time Sales Associate in our Softgoods Department, you are available for a variety of shifts to support the needs of our business. You use our products yourself and have some knowledge of technical sport fashion. **You will provide extraordinary customer service to our customers by engaging them in authentic conversations and providing them with assistance in selecting the right product for their sport, accessory and apparel needs.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service through all steps of the sales process.
- Achieve personal sales goals.
- Actively participate in our team tasks to deliver a full experience to our customers including store cleanliness, merchandising and restocking of product and control of inventory.
