**Employment**:
Full-time (Monday-Friday)

**Hours**:
6:00am - 2:00pm

1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

**Compensation**:
Hourly $16.50/hr

**Qualifications**:

- SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS: _
- Strong computer skills, must have experience with Window; Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, _
- Must have excellent communication skills _
- Fluent in English_
- Excellent customer service skills. _
- Ability to operate independently as well as in a team._

**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Interact and assist customers via intercom or telephone._
- Identify emergency and non-emergency situations on site._
- Remotely access Parking control system to troubleshoot and provide level-1 customer support._
- Manage incidents from logging, triaging, routing and escalation of open incidents using incident management software._
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns_
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies_
- Other duties as assigned_
