Our sales team is the engine that drives our organic B2B growth. We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The Business Development Representative is responsible for assisting with building up business by identifying new business & existing prospects and scheduling meetings with the senior sales team. They must be able to maintain relationships with current clients and build and relationships with new clients. Business Development Representatives are the key in connecting our sales organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products, demonstrating and presenting products; establishing new business.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identify new prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales team
- Introduce new products and services to clients
- Maintain relationships and nurture opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records, notes, and pricing information
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**:
- 1-3 years of inside sales
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen, probe and qualify opportunities with clients
- History of consistently meeting sales goals
- Results oriented, excellent time management skills
- Superior software skills and internet savvy
- Must be able to search out business leads and trending products
**TRAVEL**:
- Drive occasionally for events, meetings, etc.
- Potential sales conferences within Canada and the US
